As a non-ISNP broker, this Portal provides information and comparison tools only. Insurance transactions are completed through regulated offline channels.

Using the Portal

By accessing this Portal you agree to the following:

Any information you provide (name, address, contact details, identity proof, vehicle details, etc.) shall be accurate and kept current.

You authorise us to access your records from competent authorities (Aadhaar, RTO, etc.) solely to facilitate your insurance transaction.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

Access by automated, unethical, or unauthorised means is strictly prohibited.

Any conduct that disrupts this Portal or its servers is prohibited.

Reproducing, selling, or reselling any content or resource from this Portal is prohibited.

You are solely responsible for any losses or liabilities arising from unauthorised activities conducted by you.

User Generated Content

Where this Portal offers open communication tools, you agree not to post content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, racist, or otherwise objectionable; that infringes any third-party intellectual property; or that constitutes unsolicited advertising or impersonation. Grievance Redressal

For complaints, contact our Grievance Officer at recapitainsurance@gmail.com. If unresolved within 15 days, escalate to IRDAI Bima Bharosa at https://bimabharosa.irdai.gov.in (insurance ombudsman). Final policy issuance is subject to the underwriting norms and sole discretion of the relevant insurer.

Limitation of Warranties

All resources on this Portal are provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We do not warrant that: (a) use of this Portal will meet your needs; (b) it will be uninterrupted or error-free; (c) information obtained will be accurate or reliable; or (d) downloads will be free from harm. Limitation of Liability

Any claim against Recapita Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. shall be limited to the amount, if any, paid by you to us. Governing Law

This Terms of Use Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The courts at Bhopal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or relating to this Portal.
